The Two-Wheeler EV market is getting more and more competitive, not just small start-up but the giants like Bajaj, TVS and Hero launching their New Electric Two-Wheelers left and right, Specially Electric Scooters. and Now Japanese manufacturer, Yamaha is also getting ready to join this race, with it’s Neo’s Electric scooter.

The Neos’s looks very minimal at the same time modern with it’s simple but good body design. Front got a squarish pair of light and both lights surrounded by DRLs, and that vertical black strap on the middle gives a scooter an sporty character. The overall body of the scooter and panels looks quite premium with subtle finish. in Addition, it’s most likely to get all LED set-up across the scooter.
Yamaha NEO’S: battery and charging
Currently E-Scooter runs on 50.4 V Battery but, it’s being said that, The Yamaha will do major changer in the range of battery pack and power of the scooter which is quite low in European version and range is also around 37 km in single charge, which can be increased to 68 km by using dual-battery set-up, Whereas, Indian customer expect at least 100 km of range from Premium Electric scooter. its lithium-ion battery pack takes 8 Hours to Fully Charge.
expected price & launch date
There isn’t any official mentioned date but it could be launched in June 2023, with an Expected starting price of 2.50 Lakh.
Yamaha has not revealed much data for the Indian version of Neo’s.
